The practice has wide experience in the Historic Building and Conservation Sector with projects ranging from the large scale repair and re-use of the Former North Western Hotel, Liverpool to projects such as Deane Road Jewish Cemetery in Kensington.
Neil Hutchinson leads our Conservation projects. We are pleased to confirm that having completed the Royal Institute of British Architects Conservation Course and submitted the required Case Studies of completed work, Neil has been successfully admitted to the Register of Conservation Architects.
Our current schemes include the repair and conversion to apartments of a Grade II Georgian Mansion in Chester and Phase II of a Victorian Convalescent Home in North Wales for Blind Veterans UK.
If you have any projects involving Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas or an unlisted building that needs a sensitive approach we would be delighted to assist you.
